Problem Statement
The makeup industry is saturated with numerous brands, making it increasingly challenging for Cossess to distinguish itself amid the vast competition. The primary hurdle lies in breaking through the clutter of existing makeup products, where consumer loyalty towards established brands is strong, and the influx of new entrants is relentless.
